Jim spent nearly twenty years in the role of project inspector, staff engineer and project manager on municipal and governmental construction projects for worldwide consulting engineering firms prior to starting this company in 1992.
He is personally responsible for inspections and reports for millions of dollars worth of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Northern California each year.
Jim continues to be involved with the various associations responsible for training and testing professional real estate inspectors. Jim has served as an officer and committee member at the Chapter and State levels of California Real Estate Inspection Association, (CREIA), and other professional organizations. |
